• Our safety regulations meet or exceed all DOT regulatory requirements.
• All drivers are DOT certified.
• We maintain full-time safety directors for our four locations and these directors report to a regional director of safety.
• Strict monitoring and adherence to DOT regulations relating to hours of service regulations.
• All employees (drivers, mechanics, managers, etc.) are subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
• Our total medical management program exceeds DOT requirements.
• Drivers attend comprehensive, monthly safety meetings in order to review current safety issues and discuss any new safety concerns or topics.
• Refresher safety training is periodically conducted for veteran drivers through classroom and computer-based training.
• Emergency training for our motorcoach operators and dispatchers.
• All drivers receive comprehensive training relating to Americans With Disabilities Act.
• Each new-hire driver receives three weeks of training. The new hire training involves one week of classroom instructions and two weeks of vehicle training by veteran driver-trainers.
