CANCELLATION PENALTY:
A cancellation fee will be applied to all tickets submitted for refund based on the following rules:
(1) All standard (milage) and reduced fares, unless otherwise indicated are non-refundable. Should a Passenger desire a refundable or Flex-Fare, a markup fee will be charged.
(2) Unused tickets marked as "non-refundable" have no refund value.
(3) Unused one way and round trip walk-up fare designed as "refundable" will have a refund value equal to the fare paid by the passenger, less cancellation fee of 20% of the ticket value.
(4) Partially used one way walk-up fare tickets will have no refund value.
(5) Partially used round trip walk-up fare tickets in which the going or return portion is unused will have a refund value equal to the fare paid, less the applicable lowest one way walk-up fare, and less the cancellation penalty of 20% of the remaining value. Partially used round trip walk-up fare tickets in which parts of both the going and return portions of the ticket have been used will have no refund value.
(6) All refunds must be sent to the Kerrville Bus Company Refund Department. Agents are not to refund tickets.
(7) Walk-up refundable tickets must be presented for refund within one (1) year from the date ticket expires for transportation. Tickets submitted for refund after this time period will have no refund value. One way and round trip tickets will be assumed to be valid for transportation for one (1) year from the date of issue. If there is no date of issue on ticket no refund will be given.
EXCEPTION: The provisions of this Item will not apply to tickets purchased by the United States Government for Official Business purposes.
